- Integrity! After several months of having a non-working rear window defroster, I finally decided to replace the back glass in my car. It was not broken, but the defrosting wires were not working. I called your central scheduling office and made an appointment to bring my car in today, December 20th, 2016. The quote was low enough, and through my previous experience ??? three times over the past ten years ??? I knew the service would be excellent. I brought the car in at the prescribed time, and explained my problem. Christina listened to my story and called Ken to take a quick look. Ken walked out to the car with me, and quickly determined that the problem was NOT the glass. Even though I tried to argue with him, he insisted that I take the car to a shop that could test the window. I reluctantly agreed, as I had hoped that I could get it fixed at that time. Well, I took the car to a shop across the street. After a quick check, the mechanic determined that it wasn???t the glass causing the problem. Rather, it was a short in the wiring. Ken could have replaced the glass, but he chose to do the right thing rather than make a quick buck. This, guys, is why I keep coming back to Speedy Glass. You do good work at a fair price, and you do it with integrity!Benjamin Reynolds
